HIP HOP and HELP

The concert raised funds for the KID Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to research, advocacy and treatment of a little-known disorder in which children cannot process sensory information normally. Children with sensory processing disorder, who are usually diagnosed by an occupational therapist, are either overresponsive to stimuli like light, sound and touch, or are underresponsive. Sensory processing disorder is part of autism and other disorders, but is a disability by itself.
